Basedrive

Basedrive was an online network operating system, designed between 2000 and 2002

Developed with considerable support of Sun Microsystems, this platform was designed around MHP and JAVA.  It must be remembered that at this stage of technology development, Flash was not able to access databases or provide transparencies.  As such, our mock-ups needed to be done in director.

Friends called this “windows for internet”.   I designed it to provide a multi-device web-platform that provided full DRM Integration for the production, use, management, distribution content and service usage, on an ISP Platform.
