After working in industry for over 10 years. I continue to find it difficult to manage intangible Intellectual Property.
One of the most significant situations i continue to find myself in; is the comment surrounding an ideas, being free.
That no-one owns an idea; and that no-matter the consideration, or the framework developed – anysuch works presented continues to be only an idea, and as such does not constitute commercial intellectual property.
